Former fashion house and tailor's shop from 1873 in the old town of Burgkunstadt
In the immediate vicinity of Burgkunstadt's historic market square, the property is located in an existing building dating from 1873, which was last renovated inside in 1990. Several maintenance works followed, such as the replacement of windows in two apartments in 2012, the complete renovation of the façade in 2015/16 and, most recently, the installation of a new gas central heating system in 2022.
The former fashion house, including a tailor's shop on the ground floor and a residential area on the upper floor, was used as such for decades before it was completely renovated inside in 1990 and divided into three residential units for renting out. A staircase leads from the ground floor to an old vaulted cellar, which offers potential for a wine cellar, for example. The attic is not developed. The property also includes a garage (incl. attic) with a possible additional parking space in front of it and an approx. 50 m2 garden facing away from the street with the course of the old castle wall, a small arbor and a view of the Schulberg.
One of the three apartments is currently (December 2025) let until 31.1.2026, the other two apartments are vacant. The main building can be demolished with minor measures to create one residential unit. As can be seen from the photos, the two vacant apartments are ready for occupancy (for renting out).
The building is neither an individual monument nor is it registered with the Bavarian State Office for the Preservation of Monuments.

The property is very centrally located in the old town center of Burgkunstadt, just a few minutes' walk from the historic market square and the town hall is also in the immediate vicinity.
The following facilities, for example, are within 10 minutes walking distance: Kindergartens, elementary school, grammar school, pharmacy, bakery. Doctors and grocery stores can be reached in less than 15 minutes on foot or less than 5 minutes by car.
