The apartment has a large communal lockable bicycle cellar. The apartment also has its own lockable and dry storage room with an electric lock.

The apartment is only 5 minutes by bike from the beautiful natural beach in Unteruhldingen.
Shopping facilities for daily needs are within walking distance. Among others: Doctors, pharmacy, bakeries, town hall, library, physiotherapists, bank, parcel store, supermarkets, weekly market (Thursdays) and various excellent restaurants.
There is also a bus stop nearby (50 meters). The train station in Oberuhldingen is only 800 meters away (2 minutes by bike).
Another special feature of this apartment is the free visitor parking directly in front of the house.

Despite the central location, the apartment is very quiet and close to nature. You can take wonderful walks along the river Aach to Lake Constance and enjoy the beautiful hours of sunshine from the balcony or from the nearby Lake Constance.
