We are looking for a tenant for an apartment on the 1st floor in an apartment building in Unterschneidheim.
Since the roof has been converted into an apartment this year, the heating costs should be reduced.

Type of heating: oil central heating.
Common areas are maintained and kept clean by the tenants in consultation with each other.
The garden can be used relatively freely after consultation with the other parties and, in the case of larger projects, with the landlord.
Sufficient parking spaces are available in the street. The garage would cost 50 €.
