This generously proportioned maisonette is located in a quiet area just a few steps from the Isar. Originally built as a single apartment, the apartment was extended by a subsequent roof extension into a spacious apartment with an additional bathroom, a living room, a large hobby/living room and a storage area above.

An extension of the S-Bahn from Wolfratshausen to Geretsried is planned. The highway to Munich-Garmisch is only a few minutes' drive away. The historically interesting towns of Wolfratshausen and Bad Tölz are in the immediate vicinity.
Recreation can be found in the beautiful Isar floodplains and all around in the foothills of the Alps with its excellent leisure facilities.
