The floors are antique marble in the bathrooms and cement tiles with beautiful patterns in some of the living rooms.

The underfloor cooling system keeps the bright house pleasantly cool in summer.

The upper floor has high rooms as it is under an open roof. One side belongs to the children, in the middle is a lounge with TV and sofa.

The parents have their own side with a large bedroom. There is a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a separate WC. There is also a changing room and fitness room.

The plot is located in Leitershofen, indisputably the best location in Augsburg.

The city can be reached by bus and streetcar in 15 minutes, by car in 10 minutes. Due to the location near the B 17, every direction including the A 8 is easily accessible.
