Details of the building:
The first records of a building permit date back to 1900, when a thatched farmhouse with half-timbering was built. The spacious outbuilding with half-timbering and the hidden "potato cellar" are probably also from the period around 1900 and are still available. The current brick building was erected in 1952 on the old foundation with a gabled roof. In 1968, the attic was extended and the dimensions of the building were determined in relation to the current living space.
A garage was built on the property in 1973.

Information on equipment
The building is divided into two residential units, first floor and top floor. The units were rented for over 10 years and were previously renovated. There are no known defects. The tenants have already moved out, so the house can be handed over to you free and clear. The residential units each have gas heating with hot water generation, which is installed in the boiler room (large storage room to the left of the main entrance door). It should be possible to combine the heating technology with a small intervention. If the heat generator is replaced, all the pipes to be connected are already in the same room. There are also separate electricity meters, which can be used or reduced to one meter depending on use.
Merging the units is possible without any major measures, only the door in the wall dividing the hallway needs to be reactivated. This is currently blocked by a large wall cupboard. Alternatively, the wall that was subsequently built in the hallway can be removed.
The residential units were still rented at the time the pictures were taken. To protect privacy, we have not taken any interior pictures and have therefore not included them. We will be happy to reproduce these on occasion or show you the rooms on site.

Or you can walk directly from your home across the fields to the edge of the forest to enjoy nature. Another option is a long walk to Fischerhude, crossing the river Wümme away from the main roads.
