The apartment has 168m² of living space spread over two floors and was designed for families with 3 or four children and/or home office.
There is a separate, soundproofed apartment on one half of the ground floor - so most of the house is reserved for you!
You enter the house through a separate entrance, on the ground floor there is enough space for a checkroom and baby carriages. A small utility room and a large room under the stairs provide storage space. There is a guest WC in the entrance area.
