The apartment features an attractive interior design and is fully furnished, including a fully equipped fitted kitchen, built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space, a dining table with chairs, a bed (approximately 1.40 x 2.00 meters), and a bathroom with a shower/toilet.
It also has a sunny terrace and garden furniture.
Wi-Fi, parking space, heating, and electricity are included in the utility costs (€200).
The monthly rent is €640.

A security deposit of €880 is due upon signing the contract.

Pets are not allowed!

Tandern is located in the northern tip of the district of Dachau, between Augsburg, Ingolstadt and Munich, where the movie "Beste Gegend" was filmed
Munich can be reached by public transport bus/train in 45 minutes (bus stop 25 m away).
Petershausen train station, 12 km away, has a large park and ride parking lot.

The S-Bahn runs every 20 minutes to Munich, the fast Interregio train takes 16 minutes to Munich Central Station.
From Altomünster, 5km away, the S-Bahn runs every 40 minutes.
