Bus stop "Berliner Allee" approx. 200m away. Perfect connections to the university, colleges, FOM. Düsseldorf's old town and the Rhine promenade are also within walking distance. The Kö is a great place to stroll and shop: Electronics stores such as Saturn, clothing stores, drugstores, cafes - all just around the corner.

The residents are quiet, respectful, and international, consisting of students (including exchange students) and young professionals (including expats). This provides excellent networking opportunities. Mutual respect and consideration are essential. The house rules must be followed, such as observing quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, and keeping the shared spaces clean. An external cleaning service can also be arranged.
Smoking is not permitted inside the shared apartment, but the balcony offers an option for smoking residents (with consideration for other residents). The minimum rental period is 6 months. A credit report (Schufa), a tenant self-disclosure form, and proof of income are required. Viewings can be arranged upon request. Instead of a security deposit, a deposit insurance policy is also accepted (which can be selected on check24.de).
