The office space is bright and friendly. All rooms are rectangular in shape and have external venetian blinds on the east and south sides. There is a large air-conditioned meeting room with an adjoining pantry. The separate server room is air-conditioned and fully equipped with a server cabinet. The two WC facilities each also have a shower. All offices are wired KAT 7.
The Am Schilfpark quarter offers a variety of recreational opportunities.

The office space is located on the 3rd floor of the modern office and commercial building at the HH-Bergedorf A25 freeway exit.
In addition to around 500 apartments, the energy campus comprises various commercial units and research facilities (e.g. Fraunhofer Institute). The connection to the Bergedorf S-Bahn station can be reached by several bus lines in around 3 minutes.
