Location
The villa is idyllically situated on the edge of Bad Steben, a 5-minute walk to the thermal baths, with a large garden all around and plenty of space to the next villa. The Hemplastrasse is known by the locals as the Schlossallee of Bad Steben, as most of the houses are villas or hotels. The street is only open to residents, so there is little traffic and you can enjoy the peace and quiet in the garden more.
