We ourselves use the apartment several times a year or have rented it out to vacation guests.
The house with four vacation apartments is managed by the resident property management company.
This 73 square meter first floor apartment offers you a home away from the stresses of everyday life. The open-plan living area, which connects the modern kitchen with the cozy living room, invites you to linger. A private outdoor parking space and a lockable bicycle room outside are also available.

The Wolgastsee lake with bathing area and boat hire can be reached on foot in approx. 400 meters. A paradise for waterfowl, nature lovers and hikers, while the nearby seaside resorts of the island of Usedom with their numerous attractions and leisure activities are within easy reach.
