31275 Lehrte (Hämelerwald) – NiedersachsenThis quietly located and very well-kept 2½-storey end terraced house was extensively renovated in 2023. As part of these measures, a photovoltaic system with storage, an air heat pump, a hybrid heating system and a wallbox were installed. The energy-efficient refurbishment results in very low ancillary costs: The electricity is generated by the photovoltaic system and partly fed into the grid. The heat pump covers almost the entire heating requirement, reducing gas consumption to a minimum. The hybrid heating with gas only serves as a supplement if it is too cold for the heat pump - a circumstance that only occurs extremely rarely. An A-B class energy certificate is available.
A new, high-quality country-style fitted kitchen was also installed in 2023. The house has been continuously modernized and is in a very well-kept condition. New Velux skylights were installed in 2013, while the bathroom on the upper floor dates from 1991 and is equipped with a shower without a bathtub. There is also a guest WC on the first floor.
