We use approximately 3,500 liters of heating oil per year for heating and hot water.

Our house is situated in a prime location in Traben-Trarbach (district of Traben), and is flood-free. The location is sunny and quiet (no through traffic), in a popular residential area with a pleasant neighborhood and a high quality of life. The house offers beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, the Mosel river, and Starkenburg castle.
