The House & the Shared Apartment
Our shared apartment spans two floors of a spacious house and offers everything you could want for a relaxed living experience:
* 6 rooms – bright and of varying sizes (rent varies depending on size)
* 2 modern bathrooms – ideal for a stress-free start to the day
* Fully equipped kitchen – including stove, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator
* Cozy living area – with a dining table for shared evenings
* Snack area – for coffee, small meals, and spontaneous conversations
* Loggia – flooded with light, ideal for reading, working, or relaxing
* Small garden/outdoor area – perfect for grilling, gardening, or chilling out in the summer
* Parking space – currently, a parking space is available, but the most convenient way to get around is still by bicycle (there are 2 bicycle garages available right next to the bike path)

The Community
We are looking for 2 new housemates – currently, we have a mix of students and working professionals. A room has become available on the 1st floor for a working professional, and a room on the top floor is ideally suited for a student or school student. The current residents are looking forward to welcoming young people and would love to see the house continue to thrive.

Rent & Expenses Basic rent: between €350, depending on the room size.
Additional fixed monthly charges: €150 (including heating, hot water, electricity, internet, and other utilities).
→ Total rent: €500 per month.

Move-in and viewings:
Move-in available immediately, until November 2027.
