I would be pleased if you read the ad to the end - this house is a bit different from others.
I have divided my semi-detached house into 2 apartments and am now selling the larger one. I'm staying in the smaller apartment with my son.
This is what your apartment will look like:
- the entire main house with about 90 square meters on 3 floors, plus cellar
- fitted kitchen including dishwasher
- mostly newly plastered and painted walls
- 75 sqm with floorboards
- wood-burning stove (may still be used)
- only one WC, but no bathroom! This would still have to be installed. The complete cost estimate is € 8,000.
- If the living space is not enough, another 20 square meters can be added
You are also welcome to purchase a share of the property. There are currently 2 parking spaces, a garden shed and lots of greenery.
