It is suitable for various uses, including a workshop, storage, hobby room, repair area, distribution center, and quiet commercial activities. The space is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible by small delivery vehicles. Features:

As the space is located in a multi-family building, it is not suitable for uses that generate excessive noise on a permanent basis. Occasional machine operation is possible, but uses involving regular and significant noise, odors, dust, or vibrations are not permitted. Cold rent: €360 per month plus additional costs.
