Gas costs (heating and hot water) per month per house averaged 80 euros/month.
There is a large wooden garage with an area of 36 square meters and a small garden/tool shed.

We had the house built as an architect's house in 2014 and lived in the garden-side half ourselves until 2022. We rented out the DHH on the street side. The rental agreement allows us to terminate the lease for our own use.
