The floor with underfloor heating is tiled throughout with Italian porcelain stoneware, the black and white kitchen furniture was individually fitted by a carpenter.
The same applies to a 90° sliding-door wardrobe in the sleeping area to create sufficient storage space without torpedoing the unconventional layout of the apartment.
Soundproof windows were retrofitted in 2023, brown on the outside, white on the inside. Apart from the kitchen and built-in wardrobe in the bedroom, the apartment is rented unfurnished; individual items of furniture can be taken over from the previous tenant on request (negotiation between tenants).

Doctors' surgeries and stores for daily needs are within easy walking distance; the neighborhood and Wachmannstraße are also nearby and offer a wide range of restaurants and entertainment.
Despite the urban location, green oases can be reached in 5 minutes: the Bürgerpark to the north invites you to take a walk, enjoy a short culinary break, take part in sporting activities or simply linger and relax in nature.
To the south, the Osterdeich meadows and the Weser stadium with stadium pool are ideal for sports and games, both active and passive.
