Our beloved home impresses with its successful combination of traditional construction and modern living comfort. In 2017, we undertook a comprehensive renovation with great dedication, patience, and passion. Today, it presents itself in a timeless and modern style that perfectly combines tradition and contemporary comfort. The robust new concrete floors, new double-glazed windows, new electrical system, as well as completely renovated bathrooms and a stylish, open-plan kitchen, create plenty of space for individual design and a comfortable, inviting home. During the renovation, we paid great attention to high-quality finishes and carefully considered many small, thoughtful details. The U-shaped house has been cleverly divided into a parents' area and a children's area, which is ideal for families who value shared living spaces but also appreciate individual retreats. On the ground floor of the house, underfloor heating provides warmth, while on the upper floor, traditional radiators and a new fireplace create a pleasant atmosphere. The courtyard, designed with great care, also offers a wonderful space to plant herbs, flowers, or small flower beds, or to create a design entirely to your own preferences.
