Our maisonette apartment is located in the detached side building. The equipment includes a fitted kitchen: stove with ceramic hob and dishwasher, but without fridge, (the photo still shows the 4-plate stove), 2 children's rooms, 1 large hallway and 1 spacious bath-shower room with window on the first floor.
The large living room on the 1st floor can be reached from the kitchen via a solid wood spiral staircase or via the staircase. A study adjoins the living room. From there, you can access the left-hand part of the building via the staircase corridor, which can also be occupied separately by one parent ? (child) can live in separately. These rooms include a shower-bathroom and the possibility of connecting a mini-kitchen. The floor in the left-hand part of the building consists of real wood floorboards. On the 1st floor, an integrated hallway cupboard at door height and width can be used as a shoe cupboard.
The building has already been partially insulated.
Location
Kröllwitz is one of the oldest and most beautiful districts in the city on the Saale and was built on porphyry rock.
The district is located opposite Giebichenstein Castle. From the Ochsenberg nature reserve, you have a panoramic view of the city. Many students characterize the cityscape with their bicycles. There are good transport links to the highway and the B6. The Lienie 7 streetcar takes you to the main train station in 25 minutes and in quick succession.
The Dölauer Heide, a wooded area, adjoins the Kröllwitz district.
The nearby university hospital, Max Planck Institute, Weinberg Campus and various university institutes are in the vicinity. Nearby shopping facilities in the supermarket. Local recreation center, zoo, hotel, garden pubs, cafés and restaurants invite you to spend your free time and relax.
