2.5 room apartment on the island of Rügen

The building in which the apartment is located was built in 1996 with a total of 11 residential units. With its east-west orientation, there is sun in the living/dining room and on the balcony until midday. In the afternoon/evening, however, it can be seen in the sleeping area. The kitchen is currently converted into a children's room. The bathroom has a large shower area. The apartment also has a cellar, a parking space and various communal rooms such as a bicycle cellar and the drying room.
Cleaning and winter services are provided by a service provider. The apartment cannot be rented out as a vacation apartment. However, permanent letting or owner-occupation is possible.

The apartment is located on the green island of Rügen in the princely town of Putbus. This is 10 km from the town of Bergen. It can be easily reached by car but also by public transport. Putbus even has its own train station. There are countless opportunities for leisure activities in the immediate vicinity. These include the old castle park, a theater, a bathhouse, a water ski facility, a marina, Karl's strawberry farm, an indoor playground, an outdoor playground and of course the Baltic seaside resorts of Binz, Sellin, Baabe and Göhren, which are easy to reach by car or with the Raging Roland.
