The tenants share the garden area among themselves. Maintenance (lawn mowing etc.) is carried out by the tenants themselves after consultation with the tenants, or outsourced to a janitor service (currently via Service).

We are looking for quiet and reliable tenants, preferably with children. A cat or a small quiet dog are no problem. (Approval by the landlord)

Quiet yet central location in Oberlungwitz, all important shopping facilities are within easy reach. By car it is only 5 minutes to the highway A4.
The attractive local recreation area "Hirschgrund" with walking paths and green areas starts just opposite. A large lawn is directly in front of the property in the direction of Hoferstraße. The bus stop is approx. 250 m away.
Chemnitz and Zwickau are both within easy reach, as are the BAB 4 and 72 highways.
