The well-kept apartment with a spacious room layout includes a carport parking space and a cellar room. Optionally, a second carport can be rented if available.
The bathroom is equipped with WC and bathtub (with shower function)
A room for drying laundry is available in the cellar for all tenants. In the garden there is a clothes horse for drying laundry in good weather.
The house has gas central heating with hot water.
The kitchen equipment and furniture shown are NOT part of the rental.
The apartment has its own cellar room.
The tenants share the garden area among themselves. The maintenance (lawn mowing etc.) is carried out by the tenants themselves after consultation with the tenants, or outsourced to a janitor service (currently via Service).
The newly covered roof is extensively insulated. The apartment has been refurbished and fitted with new laminate flooring in the living room.
We are looking for quiet and reliable tenants, preferably with children. A cat or a small quiet dog are no problem. (Approval by the landlord)

Quiet yet central location in Oberlungwitz, all important shopping facilities are within easy reach. By car it is only 5 minutes to the highway A4.
The attractive local recreation area "Hirschgrund" with paths and green areas starts just opposite. A large lawn is directly in front of the property in the direction of Hoferstraße. The bus stop is approx. 300 m away.
Chemnitz and Zwickau are both within easy reach, as are the BAB 4 and 72 highways.
