The apartment is divided into an entrance area with storage space under the stairs, a living/dining area with an open kitchen, a large bedroom and a daylight bathroom. The total floor area is approx. 16 m x 5 m (this does not include sloping ceilings, so the actual living space is significantly smaller).
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment.
You can relax in the daylight bathroom with shower.
In the living area, you can store your personal belongings in the large custom-made built-in wardrobe.
You can wash your laundry conveniently in the basement in a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.
The rent includes all costs incurred (internet - super-fast, sweeping service, insurance costs, garbage, etc.). You make an advance payment for gas, electricity and water and consumption is billed at regular intervals.
Shopping facilities - stores for daily needs, the Cannstatter Carre, the Bad Cannstatt train station, the Wasen area, the stadium, the Neckar are all within easy walking distance.
There is seating in front of the building and a storage area for bicycles (even covered under the balcony). Depending on availability, a parking space (also with electric charging station) can be rented.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. It is not possible to keep pets.
