The apartment is located in a lively residential area near Landau Mörlheim. Situated in the quiet commercial area at the front, the fields of the adjacent nature reserve are directly behind the garden at the rear. There is only one direct neighbor, a medium-sized craft business where work only takes place in the offices during the day.

There are no restrictions for the tenants in terms of noise from gardening equipment or similar, as the apartment is located in the industrial area and no one else lives in the immediate vicinity.
