This beautiful house has a free location with only one neighbor and a large distance to the next development. The municipality of Saal is one of the most popular surfing spots in Germany. It is only approx. 150 m from the house to the shore of the Saaler Bodden, where a small private marina and a small Bodden beach await you. The unobstructed view of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula and the entire surrounding area cannot be obstructed.
