The elevator goes up to the 2nd floor.
Due to the location of the apartment on the 3rd floor, there may be reduced water pressure in rare cases. The issue is known in the community of owners.
A long-term solution already exists: when individual apartments are due for bathroom renovation, the pipe connections from the main line to the respective apartment are replaced at the community's expense.
