The apartment was extensively renovated in June 2025 and combines stylish old building charm with modern living comfort. Both shared rooms are lovingly furnished - ideal for anyone who wants to move in straight away without too much effort.
The furnishings are included in the rent:
a comfortable bed (120 × 200 cm) including mattress,
a desk with a chair - perfect for working or studying,
a large closet, practical shelves and stylish decorations for a homely ambience.
The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with all appliances: Oven, dishwasher, fridge - all new and already included in the rent, with no transfer fee. There is also a table and two chairs in the kitchen for dining or games evenings with friends.
There are dishes, cutlery, plates, pots, cups and the necessary kitchen utensils for cooking.
The bathroom and a separate WC have also been recently renovated.
A real highlight is the small, green inner courtyard with garden, which invites you to have breakfast together, read or relax - in the middle of the city, but pleasantly quiet.
The toilet and bathroom still need a few small touches, such as the washbasin or a glass wall. This will be done in the course of June.
Location
The apartment is located in Südstadt, a quiet and centrally located district in the south of Nuremberg. Despite the pleasant residential area, you have excellent connections: The "Aufseßplatz" subway station (line U1) is about a 5-minute walk away. From there, you can quickly reach the city center or the main train station (approx. 4-minute ride).
From Nuremberg main station, you can take the S1 or the regional train to Erlangen in approx. 15-20 minutes - ideal for students at FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg. Nuremberg Institute of Technology is even closer and can be reached in under 10 minutes.
Supermarkets, cafés and all important facilities for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity - as are green spaces for relaxing afternoons.

It's a shared apartment for women – you'll have the opportunity to help shape it from the beginning and actively contribute to building a positive living environment. We're not looking for a purely functional shared living arrangement, but rather for people who are interested in a friendly and respectful atmosphere, where we can sometimes cook together or relax in the courtyard.
The rent already includes the use of the new furniture and kitchen – there are no additional costs. Move-in is possible from September 2026.
