Due to a legal exception (owner over 80 years old), a completely new gas condensing boiler system was installed in January 2025. However, according to the current legal situation, the new owners are not required to replace the heating system as long as the system is operational/repairable.

In between, solitary old-growth dwarf pines, larger thujas, yews and maple trees. Fantastic roses grow on the terrace and the raised beds and soil beds invite you to grow your own organic produce.
