Local transportation is available on streetcar lines 1 and 6. The main train station can be reached in 5 minutes. The University of Mannheim is 10 minutes away. The university can be reached in 5 minutes, as it is only one stop away.

There is a supermarket in the building, Lidl is 5 min. away and Edeka is 10 min. away on foot.
