We rent a spacious 2-room apartment at the Entenfang stop.
The apartment has 2 balconies. One balcony (morning sun) is accessible via the kitchen, the other (evening sun) via one of the rooms.
The rooms are approx. 15 and 20 m² in size.
The kitchen is furnished with a kitchenette, incl. stove, oven, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer and is already included in the rent.

The WC is separate from the bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a window and a bathtub. There is a washing machine connection in the bathroom. Alternatively, the coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the basement can also be used.
The house has been centrally heated by a modern, energy-efficient combined heat and power plant since February 2020 and the electricity generated from the waste heat is sold to the tenants (separate electricity supply contract! - You can see the electricity costs here under "other costs", more precisely: monthly advance payment for 2 persons is 85,- Euro, for 1 person 70,- Euro.
The advance payment for ancillary costs is 150 euros for two people and 140 euros for one person.
Stairwell cleaning is carried out by a specialist company and is already included in the service charges.

The nearest shopping facilities are approx. 50 meters away (Penny + Nahkauf). There are many other shopping facilities in the Mühlburg area (e.g. Bauhaus, Lidl, Aldi, Nahkauf, bakery, butcher etc.).

Miscellaneous: non-smokers only, rental period at least 1 year, proof of income or parental contribution to debt required, pets (dog, cat) not welcome.
