Semi-detached house with lake view in Reinfeld

This is a large semi-detached house over 4 floors. Built in 1911, located in the middle of Reinfeld directly on and with a panoramic view of the Herrenteich and beautifully maintained garden.

The living space of 230 sqm is very modest. Basement/basement floor, terraces, balconies and stairs were not included.
Ceiling heights are mainly approx. 3 meters. In the basement approx. 210 cm.

The house is in very good condition overall. Only the cellar, which we hardly use, could do with renovation. We are selling for reasons of age, the house is now too big for us.

The semi-detached house is in a prime location in Reinfeld. Directly on the Herrenteich and at the same time in the middle of the town. In addition to the leisure facilities on the lake, a large number of stores are within walking distance.
Reinfeld, with its 8,900 inhabitants, has a well-developed infrastructure. Various shopping facilities, many restaurants, doctors' surgeries, banks, kindergartens, schools and sports clubs are all in the immediate vicinity.
You can explore the surrounding nature by boat, bicycle or on foot from the Herrenteich.
The excellent rail connections to Hamburg and Lübeck are very useful. Reinfeld is connected to the HVV network. The town is therefore also very popular with commuters, as the train station is integrated into the Hamburg transport network. From there, trains run every half hour during the day to Lübeck within 10 minutes or to Hamburg Central Station within 30 minutes. The station is 750 meters from the house on foot.
The A1 highway can be reached in just a few minutes, so you can be in Hamburg, Lübeck or at the Baltic Sea in no time.
The Immanuel Kant School in Reinfeld is a community school offering all school-leaving qualifications and complements the Matthias Claudius Primary School.
