The house is located on the outskirts of a small, cozy village outside of Steinhöring. You can reach Steinhöring in a few minutes by car, and it takes about 10 minutes by bike to get to the train. The village is located about 25 kilometers east of Munich and is surrounded by green fields, meadows and forests. The school bus stops in the village for schoolchildren.
For nature lovers, there are many opportunities for hiking, cycling, horse riding and golfing in the surrounding area. There are several riding stables and two golf courses in the immediate vicinity. For larger purchases and entertainment options, the nearby town of Ebersberg is ideal, while all daily needs can be met directly in Steinhöring.
