3 room apartment - Living by the lake

Living in nature between forest and lake with the advantages of the infrastructure of a cozy small town. A spacious 3-room apartment with loft flair on the upper floor is available for rent. It is characterized by the open design of the living, dining and kitchen area. Large floor-to-ceiling windows facing south-west ensure a bright and light-flooded living atmosphere. A spacious bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower invites you to relax. Two further purpose-designed rooms on the upper floor can be used as bedrooms, children's rooms, study rooms and/or guest rooms.
You enter your apartment on the first floor via a separate entrance. You will then find yourself in the spacious hallway from which you can access the utility room and a small WC. From the hallway, the stairs lead to the living areas described above. The hallway also provides access to the terrace and the south-west-facing garden.

You live in a house with two residential units. Each apartment has a terrace and a garden area. The terrace is separated by a privacy wall. Each tenant has a garden/tool shed at their disposal. The apartment also has two parking spaces. These are included in the rent. A wallbox for electric vehicles can be installed if required.

Location:
The idyllic town of Storkow (Mark) is located between lakes and forests to the south-east, just outside Berlin. Its infrastructure and location form a perfect symbiosis between living in nature and fast connections to the capital Berlin. Berlin-Mitte can be reached by car in around 45 minutes and BER airport in less than half an hour. The local train station in Storkow (Mark) or nearby Fürstenwalde (Spree) is also a quick train ride to the capital or Frankfurt (Oder). The famous spa town of Bad Saarow is only 10 minutes away by car.
Storkow (Mark) has various shopping facilities, supermarkets, leisure facilities, kindergartens and a school. Various doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, a savings bank and a post office complete the offer.
The cultural offerings in Storkow with its many events and concerts in the historic castle are particularly worthy of mention.
The residential property is located just a few meters from the shore of the beautiful Storkow Lake, from where you can reach the whole world by water.
