The house is conventionally and solidly built, well laid out and is in a good and very well-kept condition.
The first floor is fully equipped with electric shutters. The bedroom on the upper floor is equipped with electric shutters.
Various renovation and renewal measures have been carried out over the years. In 1999, for example, the ground floor was remodeled, the bathroom, the supply and drainage systems and some of the electrical wiring throughout the house were renewed. In 2000, a roof was added to the terrace. All windows in the old building and those in the entire basement were renewed in 2002 with plastic frames and double insulation. The excellent infrastructure is remarkable.

Shopping facilities for daily needs and public transport connections (bus stop for the Buchholz bus in the HVV network) are also just a few meters away and very easy to reach.
The train station is also only about two kilometers away.
There are numerous other shopping opportunities in Buchholz town center, which begins in front of the train station, as well as in nearby Gewerbegebiet II.
