Wilhelminian-style villa on the outskirts of Wernigerode

The apartment has undergone extensive renovations in recent months. Some photos show the rooms of the apartment with antique furniture. This furniture was removed from the apartment during the renovations, but could potentially be made available for use.
All the materials used in the renovations were carefully selected with attention to detail and aesthetics. We only used the highest quality building materials and products, which also take into account historical preservation aspects and were considered appropriate and in keeping with the style of the building.
For historical preservation reasons, and due to the presence of original oak flooring, antique furniture, and built-in features, smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Due to the aforementioned reasons, keeping pets is also not possible.
During the comprehensive renovation of the kitchen and bathroom, the following were renewed, among other things: the shower and sink in the bathroom, the tile flooring, the built-in kitchen and cabinets in the kitchen, as well as all electrical outlets, all painting work, and interior doors.
