The apartment is located in a renovated building and has been equipped with underfloor heating, new bathrooms and new kitchens. There are other shared flats in the building, so there is a great feel-good atmosphere here.
From time to time, people barbecue in the communal gardens or simply relax a little. Nevertheless, it is important for everyone to have their own place of retreat.
There is a communal laundry room in the house with washing machines, dryers and drying racks.
Location
The various faculties of FAU, which are scattered all over Erlangen, can be reached by bike within 10 minutes via cycle paths, or by bus within a maximum of 15 minutes.
Supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, sports grounds and pedestrian zones with shopping facilities are all within 5 minutes.
The apartment is adjacent to a quiet part of Erlangen, Spardorf, with lots of greenery - ideal for studying in peace or simply switching off. As the gateway to Franconian Switzerland, you can quickly reach the best hiking and cycling areas here.
The house has good parking facilities for cars and secure bicycle parking.
