One of four apartments in the manor house "Mon Plaisir" in Altkünkendorf is for sale. The apartment is located on the second floor on the south side of the house and offers a beautiful view of the countryside.
The manor house was built around 1790 - 1810 and once formed the center of a manor complex, the remains of which, such as barns, granaries and fieldstone walls, are still characteristic of the village today and are under ensemble protection. As an individual monument, the manor house is an architecturally valuable building, typical of the region and the period in which it was built. It was extensively renovated in 1994 in keeping with its listed status, resulting in four individual apartments, each of which has its own charm today. The manor house has an approx. 5,000m² garden, which is used communally.

Altkünkendorf is one of 23 districts in the town of Angermünde in the south-east of the Uckermark, about an hour's drive or train ride from Berlin. The village has a population of around 160 and is located in the Schorfheide-Chorin biosphere reserve, in the midst of a hilly landscape shaped by the Ice Age with beech forests, open fields, lakes and marshes.
The town of Angermünde is nine kilometers away and offers rail connections, shops, restaurants, schools and more. In summer, a bus runs there every hour during the day.
The village is surrounded by largely unspoiled nature. In the immediate vicinity of the village is the Grumsin, part of the Unesco World Heritage Site "Ancient Beech Forests of Europe" - a forest that has been allowed to develop into a primeval forest undisturbed by human intervention. The other forests and the fields and meadows lined with hedgerows also make for wonderful walks.
On the outskirts of Altkünkendorf is the Heilige See lake with a beautiful bathing area. The larger Wolletzsee lake can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
