The oil heating system from 2008 by Viessmann has been regularly serviced and works perfectly. It consumes between 1,000 and 2,000 liters per year - depending on whether you want to heat something with the stove, which can also be used as a replacement stove and oven. There is a TÜV-approved 10,000 liter underground tank. This means you have no oil tanks or odors in the building and can fill up and store large quantities when the oil price is low. There are currently approx. 6,500 liters left in the tank (included in the price), which means that you will have no heating costs for the next 3-4 years. As this heating system is a low-temperature appliance, it will never have to be replaced, and spare parts from Viessmann will continue to be reliably available in the future. No heat pump is cheaper or more ecological.

You can stay on your property completely undisturbed and only hear the traffic of the residents, although Saarbrücker Straße and the Saarbahn station "Gisorsviertel" are less than 5 minutes' walk away. You can also walk to the elementary school, daycare center and retirement home, savings bank, pharmacy, bakery, Kaufland, stationery store and bicycle store.
