There are numerous shopping facilities such as supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and a DIY store in the immediate vicinity - all within easy walking distance. The public transport connections are excellent: both the Birkenstraße subway station (U9) and the Westhafen S-Bahn station (Ringbahn S41/S42) can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes.
