We are selling our new and well-maintained detached or semi-detached house.
You can either use the ground floor and 1st floor as one family with 181 m², or you can rent out an area below. Both are possible.
Haunted free ! Yes, because no one has ever really lived in it, so no family member has ever died in it. It is practically a first occupancy. No war of the roses or family drama has taken place here.
