- Media: Connections and pipes for water, sewage, electricity, telecommunications, internet and gas are located in the public street or on the property and in the house.
- Potential: The orientation and size of the roof surfaces offer the use of renewable energies through a photovoltaic or solar thermal system. The shed can be extended
- Energy certificate: The consumption values are based on the gas heating system, which is still in operation until September 2024.

The property is located on a public road in Blankenfelde and is surrounded by green plots with detached houses.
