Project description refurbishment 2009

In 2008-2010, the owners undertook an extensive refresh of their building and thus a partial refurbishment and comprehensive renovation.

The building was given a new forecourt and, in addition to the renovation of the large canopy, a new additional garage with an equipment room.

The roof with its large parapet cladding was completely renewed, the rafters were doubled and additional 100mm thermal insulation was installed. The entire facades and gable cladding were repainted white/black to maintain and emphasize the modern architectural style.

The windows were essentially renewed in black-brown on the outside, white on the inside and rounded off with a secure, striking entrance door.

The property was fitted with a completely new Buderus heating system with solar thermal energy and storage tank for hot water.
