The bungalow has been extensively modernized to a high standard and with great attention to detail.
The double-shell brickwork with Röben clinker brick forms a solid base. The flat roof was fitted with a durable Rhenofol CV PVC roofing membrane with synthetic fiber reinforcement in 1994. The efficient Vaillant ecoCOMPACT VSC 196/2-C gas condensing heating system was installed in 2008 and received a new heat exchanger in 2022 and a new high-efficiency pump in 2023, making it ready for the years to come.
The house electrics were replaced with new fuses/FIs in 2008 as part of the extension.
In 2009, the garden was landscaped and a drainage system was installed.
In 2010, hollow-layer insulation with Rockwool KD and the replacement of all radiators with anthracite-grey Arbonia tube radiators were carried out to optimize energy efficiency.
In the period 2011-2013, new windows with top-mounted roller shutter boxes (electric aluminum roller shutters with Somfy motors, integrated fly screens (roller blind version), some pleated blinds), a spacious clinker terrace, a clinker driveway and a modern electric sectional door (Novoport Iso 45, large slat) were added. In addition, a Somfy full cassette awning (W550×L350) offers a high level of sun protection.
The bathroom was luxuriously renovated in 2015 with a whirlpool and shower. A conservatory, additional terrace and fencing were added in 2016. The technical equipment includes a digital multi-feed satellite system (2017), air conditioning for the conservatory (2018) and an ever-growing range of Homematic SmartHome equipment.
The driveway was fitted with a fence system with double wire mesh (2020). A decorative waterfall with ornamental wall (2020) stylishly rounds off the overall picture in the garden to the side of the terrace.
Watering the garden is easy to manage with sufficient water sockets, each located on the lawn side. A large number of outdoor sockets (all of which can be switched off) are also available.

The property is located in the Fedderwarden district of Wilhelmshaven, in a quiet and natural environment close to the North Sea. Fedderwarden is well connected to the transport network, with short distances to shops, schools and leisure facilities.
