The owners also installed all the facilities required for the officially approved keeping of 2 horses. The property impresses with its modern room layout, which also makes living in old age possible (possibly with a granny apartment, e.g. for a carer). The 3 bedrooms and the bathroom on the upper floor impress with their room height and the beamed ceiling open to the roof. They have their own fuse box and heating circuit distributor and facilities for installing a kitchen.
The entire house, including the basement, is heated by wood pellet underfloor heating.
There is a fifth bedroom in the basement, which has natural light through a west-facing slope window.
Furthermore, the heating system, a pellet store, a workroom and a laundry room are housed here in separate rooms.
