Several families have lived their everyday lives and special moments here and have helped to shape the warm atmosphere of the house. Used privately in recent years, it was the popular excursion café "Café Uhrendorf" for many years until five years ago.
The strong character of the house allows you to live out your creativity. Leave your mark on the history! Furnish the house in a purist Scandinavian style, with indulgent antiques, artistically colorful, or however you like. The size of the house also allows for many different areas, so you are welcome to move in and design everything as you see fit.

You would certainly like to renovate the bathrooms and kitchen. The roof should also be tackled in the next few years, possibly in combination with alternative energies.
The gas heating was renewed in 2011.
The main house is set back 20 m from the road. The property
is bordered on one side by a canal and to the rear by tall trees and wide fields.
The characteristic façade is a listed building.

The municipality of Beidenfleth is wonderfully situated directly on the River Stör between Itzehoe and Glücksstadt/Elbe, approx. 65 km northwest of Hamburg.
It is approx. 70 km to Büsum, approx. 85 km to St. Peter-Ording and less than 150 km to the Danish border.
