The house has a vestibule on the first floor as an entrance area, which leads into a spacious hallway. From there you can access the guest toilet, the office/guest room, the large living room and the kitchen. This is equipped with a fitted kitchen from 2019, which is included in the purchase price. An open staircase leads to the attic, which houses three bedrooms and a new full bathroom with underfloor heating from 2017. The dormer windows on both sides of the roof increase the size of the rooms. The fence at the front of the property was replaced in 2021. It is a double wire mesh fence that ends at the street with decorative elements. An electric sliding gate with remote control and a lockable pedestrian gate were also integrated. The garden is watered via a cistern (former septic tank) located behind the property and the water is drawn from a pump. There is also a south-facing terrace adjacent to the lawn, where a large cherry tree provides plenty of shade. There is espaliered fruit to the rear of the property, which is regularly kept in shape. Behind the property are meadows which are used for grass and hay production.

The municipality of Roduchelstorf is located 30 km from Lübeck in the district of Nordwestmecklenburg, is easily accessible via the B104 and A20 and is administered by the Schönbergland authority.
