12 months furnished flat in HH-Ottensen due to stay abroad

Because I am going abroad, I am renting out my 2.5 room apartment for 12 or max. 13 months. A modern and chic furnished apartment in Hamburg's trendy Ottensen district near the Elbe beach. Of course there is also a nice sunny balcony.

The apartment:
The apartment is generously proportioned, ideal for a couple or even a single person with the desire for a feel-good apartment. The entire apartment is attractively furnished and fully equipped. (Everything you need is there! Even Internet via fiber optics: There is also a convenient home office workstation. The balcony faces west and is accessible from the living room.
This is a non-smoking apartment!!!
The bedroom is furnished with a 140 x 200 double bed and a closet

The kitchen & the bathroom:
The fitted kitchen offers everything you need. You will find full equipment for cooking activities. Of course, a washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner and ironing board are also part of the extensive equipment.
The bathroom (with bathtub) is bright and timeless. A small wellness temple. Here you can start the day in a relaxed manner. There is also a separate guest WC.

Beautiful and fully furnished apartment in a central area for short term renting from minimum 6 to maximum 12 month. A sunny flat with balcony and wooden floor. The bedroom contains a bed 140 x 200, and a wardrobe. The kitchen is big, fully equipped and contains an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer. The bathroom contains a washing machine and has a bathtub, you can use as shower also. The big livingroom has a flat TV and I use this room as salon aswell. We have highspeed Internet included.

The apartment is located in the popular district of Ottensen. The Altona train station is just a 6-minute walk away. DB long-distance and regional trains, S-Bahn lines and various bus lines depart from here. It takes less than 12 minutes to get to the city center or the main train station.
There are supermarkets, stores and boutiques in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. You don't even need a car to go shopping. There are lots of cafés, restaurants and pubs. Something for everyone. Everything within a radius of 800m. Ottensen has more than enough of everything.
You can walk to the Elbe beach in 15 minutes. There are also many cafés and restaurants here. The Strandperle is a well-known and popular destination on warm summer evenings. If you want to go jogging regularly, the Elbe is also a good place to go.

English:
The flat is in the district Ottensen, a small but colorful and friendly neighborhood. Many bars, restaurants, cafes and stores are very close and even the railwaystation Altona is a 6 min walk. From this station you can reach trains, S-Bahn and busses. It will take only 12 minutes to the City Center of Hamburg.
The Beach at the river Elbe is also a walk of 15 min. You'll find restaurants and Cafes also. It is a good place to hang out at weekends or warm evenings.
The Elbe is a great location for jogging or walking.
