The municipality of Hohenwart hereby announces that a vacant lot (Am Sonnbichl 4) in the Kerschberg II development area is being offered for sale to the highest bidder. The lot is located near the center of Hohenwart, as well as the school and kindergarten. The property has an area of 534 square meters. The exact location of the lot can be obtained from the municipal administration. A location map is attached. On September 21, 2026, the bids will be opened in a closed session of the municipal council, and the lot will be awarded. Offers must be submitted no later than Monday, September 21, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the town hall. Please submit your offer in a sealed envelope addressed to the municipality of Hohenwart, Marktplatz 2, 86558 Hohenwart, with the inscription "Offer for the sale of the building lot Kerschberg II." The auction will be conducted on a highest bid basis. The highest bidder will be awarded the lot, provided that the bid meets the minimum price of €288,360. The sale of the lot will be as seen and without any warranty. If the highest bidder fails to sign the purchase agreement within 30 days of the auction, the municipality reserves the right to award the property to the second-highest bidder. After the sale of the property, construction must commence within 5 years, and completion must be achieved no later than 8 years after the date of sale.
